Absolutely loved our stay. There was a small kitchenette in the double queen rooms which were convient. We enjoyed the outside room access to easily step outside to smoke if needed. Nice pool area.

Worst place I have ever stayed.

The room was ok. We had a suite, dishes had so much dust on them, we would've had to wash all of them before use. TV remotes did not work for either TV and desk clerk would not come to check out the issue. Elevators smelled like kerosene, it was disgusting. Continental breakfast was a joke. Only had one person to keep up with refilling items and coffee. Had to ask at least 5 times, each by other patrons to get a new urn of coffee.

I checked into this property at 5pm on 8/15/25 and upon entering my room, there was a terrible odor that was so bad we had to request a room change. The room change was provided and the second room seemed ok at first glance. However, within five minutes of sitting against the headboard with my laptop a BUG was crawling down my neck! I then started to look around and noticed there was peeling ceiling paint, peeling and moldy bathtub and this place was really gross. By 6pm I had decided that we could not stay here and paid for another room elsewhere. I went to the front desk and told the person there I was checking out because of this situation. I had also reached out to them via messaging on expedia three times with ZERO response before checking out. I was there one hour - it is DISGUSTING and the area is run down and unsafe. Had they provided a refund of ANY sort at least I would have been able to say the customer service was good but they also refused that. Oh - and The Bathroom in the lobby looks like the dirtiest outdoor gas station bathroom you've ever been too. Pay the extra $10 a night and go somewhere without the critters crawling on your body.

This is an old hotel that had doors open to the outside. The room was unclean and numerous things were a problem. This included running toilet, dead phone, fire alarm constantly going off, tv in bedroom not hooked up, kitchen tap not attached, mold, tub so dirty couldn’t use it. Staff said he’d be there in 5 minutes to fix the problems but never showed. Place was so dirty we didn’t take off our shoes nor could we use the shower. Kitchenette woefully under supplied. Will never stay at this brand hotel again, and I travel a lot.

Not worth it

Not worth the money. The first room we stayed in had bugs. We were moved to another room the following day and an exterminator sprayed the room. We still had 2 big roaches in the new room during our stay. They boast that the rooms were newly renovated but only the bathrooms and kitchenette area were touched. The floors where they meet the windows were gross. Paint scuffs and poor lighting too.The floors in the hotel, in general, look like they only get cleaned every few days. The employees were very nice though. And they do charge $100 deposit per stay so if you extend your trip by a day then its another $100. Will not stay here again.

We reserved a king bed and were given a queen because the hotel was fully booked. The hallway and room smelled and the room was not cleaned. Just after dark we started to notice cockroaches in the kitchen area. I complained to the front desk but they could not move us. We left as soon as possible and skipped the complementary breakfast just to get out if there. I called two days later and complained and i was told i would be getting a refund. it has been 4 business days and no refund. So now i am posting on line and i will be diluting the charge with my credit card company, DO NOT STAY HERE!
