Early Check in woes

Early check in needs to be an option! We arrived an hour before checking in hopes to check in and get dressed for a wedding that started at 4pm. We weee told that no rooms were ready. Miraculous at 3pm on the dot the room was ready. We barely made it to the wedding on time.
