The staff member who checked us in did not offer us the complimentary water that we could see behind him, so we had to ask for it later in the day ( I think it was suppose to have included a snack, but we did not get that either. The room was very well designed, clean and like new. The staff is very helpful and professional. Blythewood is going to need some new roads, because traffic is awful and it is hard to get in and out of your hotel.
