Room was great and the staff were helpful and efficient. Immediate area surrounding the hotel isn't ideal, but shouldn't be an issue as the hotel is tucked away from the road. Great spot for anyone looking for an affordable stay in the Columbia area!

There was only 1 trash can in the hotel. There were spider webs everywhere, the mirror in the room was greasy, the chair at the desk was dirty. Ava was rude & unprofessional. The only positive was the location from the Hilton Field and the pool.

Never Again

The initial shock came upon checking in when we realized that it was an extended stay. Once we got to our “presidential suite” we noticed that the the room was a bit lacking in space and functionality and had an odd smell. As we began using the areas of the room we noticed hair and dirt everywhere that should certainly be cleaned like the bathroom, the sink area and the space by the pullout mattress. It's like they just rinse and go. We literally had to purchase cleaning supplies and air freshener because it smelt like urine in the hallway and whatever smell was in the room. We sprayed the shower, sink, tub and part of the floor with bleach spray and scrubbing bubbles. The towel can be seen in one photo (only a small portion of the floor was cleaned). Then it was time for bed, the sound was so loud from the hall and the outside that my son literally wouldn't stop crying. This was by far the worst experience ever.

Room was big and spacious, clean, and room service was great. The morning breakfast was so good and hot as well as plentiful. I only wish that breakfast would end at 10am and not 9am. But this was an awesome experience for my family and I.
