Room was in good condition but was small, sparse and overpriced. Walls were thin and amenities amounted to a drink token good for a bottle of water. Staff in a.m. were barely friendly. Will look elsewhere for future stays in Columbia area.

Nice staff! Nice bar, with 1 drink included. It’s an old bank, the rooms are small. Great hotel to explore Columbia nightlife.

Tiny rooms, hallways, elevators. People smoking weed snd something affecting my asthma all night. Noisy. Cramped. Very rude and unhelpful staff. I paid for this room to have the rooftop bar for NYE only to be told we now couldn’t get in without another $100 because they were full. Nice decor, but old. Clean, but TINY and suffocating blank hallways. Good location across from state house and fireworks that we didn’t get to watch from the rooftop we paid for and on Main St. front desk is also the bar and breakfast bar. Eggs are not fully cooked, they’re runny. Sent it bank and order from indoor “taco truck” cafe which was delicious! Staff has attitudes and complained doing their jobs grumbling about every move. Would have stayed home 1.5 hours away if I’d known they’d deny us roof access as planned, because nothing else was worth it.

The property was nice and cool. The bar / check in was a neat option. The issue is I paid Expedia for the booking and then the hotel charged me for the booking as well. They will not refund me for the double booking. The hotel says call Expedia and Expedia has not been able to get the hotel to refund me. Terrible way to treat a guest.

Staff charged my card twice on November 9th and it is December 4th and no one has yet put my money back on my card. Every time you call no one helps and they send you to the manager who apparently never works because it goes straight to voicemail and when you leave a call back message and number no one calls back! Ridiculous! Just give me my money back. Other than that the room was nice and clean!
