Room had a sink that wasn't fully connected to the wall which made it fun when using it. Weird smell in room. Floor had a three inch deep hole you couldn't see because the rug covered it but is a sprained ankle wating to happen. The smoking patio was right out my window so inhaling the cigarette smoke was great since the AC/heat unit wasn't very functional. The mini fridge had a dab of black mold also. He's was hard as a rock. Other than that, not bad.

Not the same hotel since it was sold! Needs MAJOR cleaning-top to bottom. AC unit was so dirty in room 327 that I didn’t run it at all. I moved to a different hotel. The 9.2 rating is VERY misleading compared to its current condition.

The room we were given hadn't been cleaned. The room we were moved to didn't have a king-sized bed, which is what I requested when I booked. The thermostat in our room didn't work. The breakfast buffet was really bad. Would not stay again. The cost of the room vs its quality did not match.

The room was very musty smelling we were staying there because I have had a surgical operation to be done that Monday. You could tell the hotel was not kept up. My wife decided not to have the complementary breakfast. There was nothing to eat no eggs, no bacon. The orange juice machine was broken.
