Overall, it’s a nice hotel with friendly staff and good customer service. The restaurant on top is great! Make sure to book a reservation. Great local close to the Short North area. Also right across the street from the North Market My only suggestion is to request a room opposite of the highway side (rt 71). It’s loud at night with the highway

Parking sucks if you dont use there valet parking, 40 $a night to park your vehical after spending lots of money for a room itself. Breakfast only looks fancy, tastes better then mcdonalds though. Check in process was easy but we didnt like the fact that valet was the only option for parking. Also, we ordered a room with a king size bed but the bed was a queen size. Water temperature with shower was not consistent. Was cold then very hot.
