The room AC and heater worked great. Plenty of hot water in the shower and at the sink. I rarely heard anyone in the hallway, and I was far enough away from the elevator that I couldn't hear it opening and closing. My only problem was the in-room coffee maker didn't work. It would heat the water, but instead of pushing it through the filter to the cup it would bubble out the sides of the lid.

Outside was trashy. I picked up litter every time I walked in the door. Hallway floors were absolutely filthy. Elevator was dirty and made a very very awkward sound. Room was acceptable in comparison.

The room was terrible. There were cracks in the wall, paint peeling, the carpet was torn, the bathroom shower head had black mold. The phone jack wasn’t attached to the wall just hanging. This was the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. IHG should close this hotel down.

Door on outside broke, deadbolt on door doesn't work, bathroom door wouldn't shut, dirty hall and room. Woke at 3a to cockroach in bathroom. Left shortly after and slept in car. Management doesn't seem to care.

​My recent stay at was not just disappointing, it was genuinely shocking, disgusting, and borderline hazardous. The room we were in should have never been rented out in this appalling state. ​Management Knew and Failed to Act ​The issues began with a noticeable, foul smell of mold and mildew the moment we walked in. The management clearly knew about this health hazard, as there were multiple air fresheners hanging throughout the room in a pathetic attempt to mask the odor instead of addressing the source of the contamination. ​We contacted the front desk in the evening and spoke to an attendant who promised to speak with the manager about switching our room or providing a solution. No one ever came to our room, called us, or followed up with any options whatsoever. This confirmed the hotel's complete lack of care and disrespect for guest safety. ​Unsanitary and Damaged Room Conditions ​The physical condition of the room was just as horrifying: ​Flooded, Contaminated Showers: The shower curtain rod was half-ripped off the wall, creating an approximately two-foot gap. Worse, the tub did not drain at all. Every time we showered, the filthy water, mixed with visible residue from the previous guest (on the tub floor/walls), rose up over our feet. We were standing in a pool of contaminated water—a severe health risk. ​Broken Toilet: The toilet seat was broken and loose, shifting dangerously to the right or left every time someone sat on it. ​Destroyed Furniture: The armchair in the

I booked a suite w jacuzzi tub at this location because it was stated pet friendly online. My wife and I were on our way to our honeymoon and this was the first stop. I arrived and they told me that room didn’t allow pets (pet friendly?). The employee told me I could downgrade and get a refund. I accepted. When i contacted Expedia they said my refund was denied by management. I called hotel and they said they would approve when Expedia called them back. Expedia has been unable to contact the hotel for a week about this. The manager is purposely not answering the call it seems. Hint’s “crooked management!” It wasn’t a lot of money that was getting refunded, it was just the fact that these people lied and deceived me from the start and that’s what gets me!!!!

Had to do three room changes. The first the nonsmoking room smelled like smoke and ashes all over the bed. Second smelled like smoke and the TV was damaged. Third smelled like smoke, dirty and roaches. The parking lot had a bunch of activity. Just not safe or clean.

When we arrived at the hotel it smelt of smoke everywhere inside. We walked to our room & the floors were dirty it looked like nobody had vacuumed in months. We got to our room and it looked decent from the beginning. We checked the beds, then proceeded to check the bathroom to then find a cockroach climbing up the wall. We then found one on the ceiling. And then one on the wall that jumped onto my friends bed. At this point we decided there was no way we were staying at the hotel. We checked out and luckily had a friend with an air bnb. Don’t stay here. It’s unsafe & looks like it has not been cleaned in years. The staff said ‘bed bugs?’ We got rid of that problem. When we did not speak of bed bugs but of roaches. So must have had 2 problems.

The rooms were extremely unkept. Faucet was rusted almost all the way thru. Rusted shower drain, Rips in the bouch with unknown stains. Holes in the walls. Door lock completly broken off leaving me and my travel partner feeling unsafe. Mold in bathroom. Water damage on ceilings, broken fixtures room smelt very musty when we entered. Not to mention the cockroach we found jn the sink the next morning. Carpet completely ripped at the door. This hotel was run down. Mattress was very old and breaking down not to mention no bedbug protector. If we werent desperate for a hotel I would have left. How people are leaving good reviews is beyond me.

This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at I had to switch rooms three time because the first room had mold all over the shower faucet and drain, the man switched the rooms with barley saying anything to me. The second room was across the hall was also disgusting had two broken lamps an ugly dirty ripped chair and the dry wall on the was cracked and peeling and the bathroom faucets were gross again, both the phone and fridge didn’t work and there was what looked the vomit on the floor. The third room the tub had a bunch of mold in the bath tub and the lamps didn’t even have any light bulbs. Everytime I called never once did I get an apology or anything. Will never stay here again
