The hot tub was down. I feel like they have to be able to update there listing. And then to top off the stay a member of cleaning staff entered the room while my girlfriend was not wearing any clothing. Extremely disappointing to have to deal with that given it’s a 160$ a night hotel

Pool and hot tub were both closed but not listed on the site. That’s one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. Half of the lights in the room didn’t work and the shower curtain did little to keep the water from going all over the floor.

I wouldn’t stay here again. Pool is not working and for 3 hours someone on my floor was banging on a door and fighting. I called for a hour no answer so went down stairs nobody around and I was screaming for help. Smh nobody the room smelled also like old rug. I would never stay again

The pool and hottub were completely “shut down.” The ceiling light in the walkway of the room flashed on and off repeatedly. There were no working ice machines. Walls in the bathroom were pretty dirty and had stains on them.
