If I could give City Mills more than 5 stars I would! Everything is phenomenal; the staff, the service, the room, and the atmosphere. It’s definitely somewhere we’ll stay again if we’re in the Columbus area.

Loved the setting & the room was excellent. Bed was very comfortable as well as a shower with rainwater shower head as well as hand held wand & Nespresso machine. Breakfast was a variety of prepared items such as eggs, ham, oatmeal, grits, gravy & more.

As a vegetarian and pescatarian, I just wish there had been a few more breakfast options to choose from. Other than that, everything was wonderful! Parking was super easy, and every single staff member we met was so kind and genuinely helpful. The hotel was exactly what I was hoping for when I stumbled across it. The outdoor seating was beautiful — such a peaceful spot to sit and watch the water. If I’m ever back in Columbus, City Mill will definitely be my first choice!

Everything about my stay here was great. The staff was excellent. The property was beautiful. I loved the charm and history surrounding the building. Our room was clean, and the decor was very nice. Fluffy towels, premium toiletries, soft comfortable bedding, hot delicious breakfast were some of the things I greatly enjoyed. If I’m ever in the Columbus area again I will definitely be back.
