The stay was ok, clean rooms, quite, the only problem was the breakfast was cold, no orange juice, food was really greasy. The pool was full all the time but no towels in pool area.

Staff was wonderful and pleasant. The hotel just needs renovated. The walls on the 2nd floor coming off the elevator are all marked up and wallpaper is missing in some areas. The carpet is old and it shows. The bathroom countertop was cracked from nearly end to end like someone sat on it. Overall it’s a good hotel, but with some work, the life can be brought back into it.

The toilet wasn’t working, my husband went down to asked if we can get a new room with a working toilet. They gave him a plunger and said they didn’t have any more available rooms it was late and we were coming tired from a concert. so we just stayed because we didn’t have another option. but I really thought that was bad service.

Not a very clean hotel. Carpets were dirty in the hallways. Upon arriving to the room the bathroom was dirty with hair left of the toilet. And toilet paper on the floor. The bed sheets had stains. Also walls are paper thin. You could hear the next door. The staff was friendly upon arrival and the breakfast was not bad. Not worth the money. Pay extra money for a nicer hotel.

We came in at 1 in the morning and the receptionist said they are full and have no more check ins for the day. I said we have a reservation, he insisted there were no more rooms. I showed my confirmation number and still nothing. Finally found our reservation by our name. Someone had already checked us in. The room had a couch for our son to sleep on and it was a hideaway bed that was missing the mattress so you couldn’t even sleep on it cause the cushions were sunk in. Asked about parking with a trailer and were told to park next lot over. We had to park somewhere behind the hotel. The elevator was broken so we had to lug our suit case to the top floor. Overall wasn’t a good experience for the few hours we slept there.

The property is in bad repair inside. Our first room was very smelly and the walls were all stained and dirty. The smell was not bearable and we had to change rooms. Our second room still smelled but not as bad. Carpet was stained and the pull out bed had a ripped horrible mattress.

The property was extremely dirty with a lot of noticeable repairs and paint being needed. When we got on the elevator there was a child's dirty sock, food papers and a lot of crumbs. The entire place smelled horribly. I'm really disappointed and will never stay there again.
