Our room seemed like they gave fresh linen and left. The shower area had the most issues with black scrapes that appeared to be coming from the Trenton pole, the towels were awful and so scratchy the beds have dips so for stomach sleepers it causes pain in the morning. Parking is horrible and they allow work trucks to take up the front lot and cause patrons to have to walk from the back all the way to the front, because instead of just monitoring the exits, they’ve locked all other entry points aside from the front door. The staff always seems to not be at the desk so you will wait at least 3 mins before someone shows up—every time! There was random water in the table from Sam’s Club so I’m unsure if they were left by the previous patron or if they charge some ridiculous amount for them. Overall, save a couple dollars and just do Motel 6 because you’ll get the same quality and assistance.

The room was clean- however there was a clicking noise in the bathroom- also, the room above me had kids that were jumping and screaming late at night and early in the morning. They were also running up and down the halls. I mentioned it to the staff at the front desk- the noise continued.
