The pipes busted 2 days into our stay. All of our personal belongings were soaked. We were forced to evacuate and find a another hotel. We were told we would have a full refund but it hasn't come yet. It was a nightmare.

Staff was great and nice. 1st room had a broken couch, so they kindly moved us, not big deal. 2nd room had broken bathroom fan and broken shower curtain.
