booked during the winter storm had to extend the stay because it was unsafe. The host was talking in third person very hard to understand. Took forever to reply. Paid more than extra in fees because they didn’t send an extension request. continue getting parking tickets. The only good about this day was the beds were comfortable. Lastly, the cherry on top was There was a mouse in the laundry room. All in all would not book again.
