Would have rated a 5 but one elevator was out of service making for long waits at the elevator. We used the stairs as much as we could but with two small kids that wasn’t always a great option to get to the 4th floor.

Not your typical Drury stay.

Drury is usually our favorite go to chain and this was by far the worst stay that we have had with Drury. Staff was horribly rude. They had absolutely no patience for children on a weekend that was full of children. Breakfast was until 10. At 9:30 they refused to make more of certain items stating that “you should have come down sooner” even though we had been in line since 9:10 because the breakfast line was so long. It took almost 6 hours to get a rollaway bed and when we did get it, it was dirty. I’ve never had an experience like this at a Drury but this one was definitely not one that I would recommend.

Home away from home

Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location close to shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and spacious. Free breakfast and dinner was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The GM checked us in 1:30 early and was very welconing. He noticed we had a 6 year old and gave us the tip to get in the pool early. It was spot on because the pool was a mad house later on! The room was clean and huge. We had a corner suite. The food for dinner was good enough that we never went to Texas Roadhouse. We will be back!

The Drury Inn experience brings the luxury of a five-star hotel with a three-star price. Excellent accommodations, free hot breakfast buffet that is delicious, drinks and snacks in the evening, clean, comfortable and relaxing. The exact hassle free stay you always hope you get.
