A Gem

This has been an insane year been in about 10 home rentals in 3 different states. This home is solidly in my top 3 and will save it for future visits to Columbus. Huge place, yard, driveway and even garage (fit an Expedition Max in it!!!) Location is great in what seems to be an upper middle class neighborhood. Kroger and Walmart within 10 minutes, downtown Columbus about 15, so very well located.Our gripes: the upstairs is hot but they do provide fans. Kitchen utensils need major improvement. All in all great place and would stay again.

Worked well for us!

We needed a pet friendly host for 3 days to visit our granddaughter for her 1st birthday! Plenty of space for my husband and I & pets & this home met our needs for this event. Plenty of towels & linens.Fenced in yard was great for my pets however, some improvements need to be done around the base of the fence, & back porch to control mud/water flow. I had to do a makeshift mat at back porch with paper bags to keep mud out of house. (Bags from garage) -better than towels. Be careful when walking in back yard, lumps make it easy to twist ankle. Updating is in progress; some doors accidentally locked with pet in the room!! garage was awesome, didn’t get wet unloading plus added security & needed tools for incident prevention & unlocking of accidental locking doors!! One room was locked when we left. No K Cup; regular coffee maker; BYOB -we did instant instead. Plenty of towels & linens. Needs a little more tlc. Pets were picking up cigarette butts from back yard! Not cool. (I did pick up other pets’ waste -old- as well as mine.) Could have been cleaner; dust on baseboards! Need to leave a good mop for guests; accidents spilled on floor at dining table & it would have been nice to have had mop instead of using up extra towels or paper towels when we only had one roll. I think I left it cleaner than when I arrived. There were dishes in the dishwasher prior to our check in that weren’t put away. They were washed again as we loaded our dishes. Thankful washer/dryer!! Good location
