The low water pressure is awful. It’s like a Seinfeld episode trying to get the shampoo out or your hair. I expect hot water in the shower not barely warm water. Flushing the toilet without having it clog up was a pain in the neck. Overall your obvious green energy efforts make your property an unappealing option. Future visits to the area will be spent at other hotels.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was cool to have bunk beds in a hotel room to accommodate children. However, the shower in our bathroom did not drain water properly and there was barely any hot water.

T V did’t work even after a staff person came and tried to connect it. It would only show the weather channel. The light i et the sink didn’t work. There was zero information in the room about connecting to the internet and no info upon check in. The staff was not answering the desk phone so to get any help you had to physically go to the lobby. There was no microwave in the room.
