I specifically chose this property because my children were on spring break and we were out of town 3 hours away for them to be able to enjoy the hotel for the pool. Once we got there to check in I was informed that the pool would be down for the two days that we were staying. There was absolutely nothing for my children to do for the two days that we were there. I just wish that if the pool is down they would put that on their website. I was not compensated in any way for the inconvenience.

The pool was good size, but the overwhelming smell of chlorine was too much and it was freezing. Also, the towels were all dirty which was inconvenient. My children were slightly concerned seeing police officers walking around- they were kicking people out I'm assuming. The beds were a little too hard and the sheets could have been more comfortable. Breakfast was decently spread and the room was very clean. Very good location to restaurants, shopping and attractions as well.

Tricked and Unhappy

I wasn't happy with the condition of the property. As soon as I walked in the front door I didn't like the smell. The rooms need to be upgraded was nothing like any Hampton Inn I stayed at. Luckily I was only there for one night. It wasn't the worst room I stayed in but not what I'm accustomed to.

Due to my circumstances and having issues with traveling and the times that didn’t match up and conflict with the hotel, staff was very helpful. Very determined to help me and my three kids get situated and rest and just sympathize with us wasn’t rude very respectful very helpful, knowledgeable, and answering all questions and concerns and given additional support.
