Employees i encountered went above and beyond. My room smelled like body odor, so we had to get that fixed. Elevator a little scary but overall decent place to stay, great customer service & it’s clean. Amara *i hope that’s right* specifically was so helpful with any needs or concerns. She was truly a kind person!

The room was clean but some cleaning supplies were left in the bathroom and the bed was very firm and creaky. The breakfast had a few warm options and some variety. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the parking lot was large and well lit.

Room was dirty, hair in shower and bathroom. Paint peeling and chipping off, cabinet door for refrigerator hanging loose, door to room with large crack that could be seen through, no cover on peel hole either. Old, used place, seen better days and obviously being poorly managed. Breakfast was minimal, staff on phones at front desk and seemed uninterested in customers. Other Hamptons like in Easton area are much nicer. Don’t waste your time here.

We’re told by reservations that there was a seat in the roll in shower. There was not, husband requires a seat or shower chair. Desk clerk said there were none on site but did supply a roller computer chair to use. Desk clerk very professional friendly and responsive
