Staff was very accommodating for not an ideal check in time. Was in the area for Sonic Temple and had to check in past midnight. Called the day before to give a notice and it was on my account so the communication was mad from one shift to another. Being able to get to my room quickly after a long day is much appreciated. Also the entire room was extremely clean.

Pretty typical for Hampton Inn, which is why we like staying at Hampton Inn's. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice that they have coffee and hot water in lobby all the time.

We stopped here after driving 8 hours late at night. We always stay at Hampton because they are pet friendly. I booked 3 rooms for our family. The front desk clerk was very friendly. I was shocked to get an additional pet fee of $75. We have stayed at Hamptons with our dog since he was a puppy 10 yrs ago and I have never been charged an additional fee. The Beds were not great. The next morning we went down to breakfast and they only had one empty urn of coffee, one decaf in the food area. Most of the food was out..and the worker was quite grumpy. When another guest told the front desk person the coffee was out, she said check the dining area, and the guest stated it only had decaf the worker replied..well you can drink decaf! I will be rethinking my stays with Hamptons and will never book this place again!

This has been the best hotel we have ever stayed at! The rooms were amazing and spacious. Ms Carolyn was the front desk rep when we was there and she was so kind and helpful.
