So very concerning that the front desk gave us keys to a room that someone else was in. I was absolutely disgusted by how dirty the floor of my hotel was as well as the desk chair. Both were severely stained with what I can only assume was blood and other things. I did not even sit on the desk chair!! I travel quite a bit, and I have always tried to use Holiday Inn, but I will be considering a different hotel the next time that I travel. There is no excuse for that chair to be in the room or that floor to be so stained that I never wanted to walk around without my shoes on.

Saw a concert at Newport Theater and stayed here. It was perfect. Especially if you're on the 1st floor by the pool. They have tables and chairs set up behind those room on an extend d patio. The staff was all very nice and so was the room.

A weekend getaway.

Staff is very friendly. Hotel has a great location. Not too far from downtown but far enough to avoid a lot of congestion. Room was nice. Only issue, closet door was hard to slide. I had a poolside room, loved being able to open the door to the outside seating.
