The hotel was in a terrible area. It felt very unsafe. The entire floor smelled. In the middle of the night, 1am, there were people screaming and physically fighting. The front desk did not pick up when I called and I had to call the 800 number for them to contact someone to remove the people fighting in the hallway. The room was okay. There were stains on the walls and carpet. When I talked to the morning manager at checkout, she apologized and said she was glad she didn’t work the night shift. If I could give zero stars, I would likely do so. I am very disappointed with the stay.

Do NOT believe the nice low price. What they do NOT tell you is that you have to pay an ECO-Friendly Fee of $3.99. Huh? I asked what that meant and they did not know. At checkout I was also dismayed to find that I had to pay a $8.95 PARKING FEE. Fair enough I guess except that I do not have a CAR! They could not refund me the $8.95 at the desk, said I had to call corporate and wait 7 to 14 days for a refund. Still waiting........ And Expedia now claims that the price you see includes all taxes and fees..........Not with this one.

The hotel itself was clean. Room was comfortable. TV channel list did not match channels. My beef is with Hotels.com. I went through them to make my reservation for two nights and was only secured for one. They did fine me another hotel for my second night but I should not have to receive a phone call from my hotel telling me I have to leave the hotel when I'm in the middle of my vacation. Not a good experience.

We arrived to Columbus early for our appointment at wexner hospital so we decided to drive to the Hotel just to make sure we knew how to get there. We found it and decided to go next door to the wendys to use the bathroom. NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS. So we went to the Holiday Inn and told them that we would be checking in later; at 4pm but asked if we could use a restroom. NO PUBLIC RESTROOM. They recommended we try the Shell station across the street. NO PUBLIC RESTROOM. So we went back to the hospital to use the restroom there. After our stay a the Hotel we didnt receive a receipt a discovered an additional 15 dollar charge on our credit card. What's up with that?
