Hotel was nice, it was convenient the bed was comfortable, staff were friendly, breakfast was good and the pool was great esp the adult hours. However, I’m a bit disappointed that the hotel wasn’t very clean. Our bedding had stains, the bathroom needing some wiping down, it wasn’t stocked and some things had been left behind from previous guest which would imply the housekeeping aren’t thoroughly cleaning. And they charge to park in the parking lot which is weird.

We were immediately hit with parking fees. Desk staff was rude and disrespectful and knows nothing about hospitality. Management harassed me with unwanted sarcastic texts. I let them know that I would not be using the parking lot for the second night and they told me that I would be issued a refund after the attendant scanned the parking lot for my vehicle. We were not provided with housekeeping even though we requested it upon check in. No apology just scolding from manager via text that I should have requested it which I did. Absolutely atrocious attitudes of manager and front desk personnel. I will be making monthly trips to Columbus for the next four years and I will never stay at this awful place again. There are many places to stay without hidden fees and I will be treated like a guest,not harassed by nasty unprofessional employees

WiFi couldn’t connect, we got locked out of our room for 3 hours because the battery died. But they just kept making me run up to the room to try new keys and come back to the front desk (with my three children) to tell them that key also didn’t work. I went back and forth 5 times before they even offered to check it out. Then they went up and the battery was dead on the door so the key was never the problem. Told us we had to wait on maintenance. Waited a while. Never got an apology or any offer for the inconvenience. They charged $20 for parking. The bath tub literally as soon as we checked in had hair and grime in it. Again, no apology or anything. The breakfast buffet consisted of two hot items, the rest was cereal and muffins. Overall just not a good stay. Paid $700 for two nights.

The breakfast was good, but when I made the reservation didn’t say anything about a parking fee and that was the main reason I choose that hotel and when I got there I had to pay an $80 parking fee 💀

We asked to be moved to another room due to a musty smell in the bathroom, most likely shower curtain. The front desk clerk was most accommodating and moved us to another room with no conflict. Very professional and friendly.

The staff just seems incompetent or preoccupied I checked in rather late No one was there however I was still issue the wrong keys Then I got to the room and there was no bed sheet for the pull out bed which explains why there were two people at the front desk when I was checking in asking for toilet tissue and bedding. Everything is literally subpar from the service to the amenities. It's extremely overpriced if you asked me. I got here after 10:00 p.m. was still issued the wrong room and had to go all the way back downstairs to get new keys only to have to come back downstairs to get bedding. Looking forward to seeing at House of hard the food is in the morning. I would not book this place for more than $120. And I paid over $200 if you plan on parking prepared for the $10 parking fee also incidentals which I was not made aware of prior to checking in. You can tell it's an older building and they just do not seem to keep up with it as they should The furniture is warm the walls and ceilings are worn it has potential but it's not worth the cost.

Very Clean

I was only there for one night, so I can't speak too much on all the amenities, but overall the entire hotel was very clean and well-maintained and certainly a good option to stay in Columbus - cheaper than downtown, but still close enough to the city core that nothing is too far.
