Broken faucet knob, hidden fees, and poor customer service. When coming into Columbus, this was our go to hotel but this will be the last time. We always book a room with a Jacuzzi and was informed at arrival time there was an extra deposit for the Jacuzzi room, this being our third time at this hotel with said Jacuzzi room, and was never told about an extra deposit. Service desk said there has always been a 100.00 cash deposit for these rooms but it is now 200.00. I explained we’ve been getting these rooms since 2023 and never had to pay deposit. So either this is something new or in the past times an employee was not informed of this/ doing their job properly. It would also take several tries to get the room keys to work.
