First bad experience at this Home 2 Suites.

They TV was linked to another room. It randomly turned on welcoming other guests. The deadbolt did not work. This is the first time I've had issues with my stay here. Normally everything is great.

We arrived late, and the property was really busy, but Nancy was handling everything like a pro! I was amazed at how hard she was working not just to make sure everyone was adequately accommodated, but that we all had a pleasant stay and experience. When I saw her still going hard in the morning, I was even more impressed. We also had a great experience with breakfast staff, and we were pleased at how kind and accommodating they were. The staff really made this stay notable by going above and beyond!
