The property AND room was neglected. The pictures do not represent the status of the room. We asked for a change of bedsheets and they stated they did not have enough for the daily change and couldn't provide any. The room was not vacuumed or dusted.

No hot water for 4 days. Had to leave early because I could not shower. Still had to pay for days not there because hotels.com and hotel were sorry but not sorry enough to let me cancel the reservation because I paid upfront.

Was charged twice from the hotel plus hotel.com, room had a German roach crawling on the wall. Asked to switch rooms, switched and still found dead roaches in the corner of the room. Breakfast was not at all how advertised. Completely misinterpreted.
