Excellent Stay; recommend this location 👏

Loved this hotel- it was very nice. My only feedback is that they use down comforters as part of their bedding, and after several washings, the bating the bedding will begin to clump and separate- which is the condition I found my comforter in; I called for a replacement and it was promptly replaced. I know some individuals would find this very inconvenient and something to complain about, but I'd rather experience this issue because at least I know that they take cleanliness seriously and wash ALL of their bedding- including the blankets.

As we got into bed, the fire alarm went off, and as we got downstairs to evacuate, we were told someone was smoking and set off the alarm. Then we realized that the heater in our room wasn’t working and it was late and we were too tired to get up and go back down to the front to get a new room. When I left to check out, I mentioned something about the heat and the staff didn’t seem to care. Very disappointing.
