The gentleman that checked me in was great, very friendly and talkative. Helped me figure out where I parked and how to get back! Everything was clean and well kept, the coffee was great and the parfait was the best. The walk to the convention center was clearly labeled so no problem there. I will have to stay here every year I’m back!

Parking was attached to the hotel and the conference center, so I never had to venture out in the cold. Priceless. The shower drain was clogged, so by the end of my shower, my feet were taking a bath. Ya win some. Ya lose some. For a less than 24-hour stay, I certainly can't complain.
