Easily the most complicated stay I’ve ever had. We casually needed a one night stay for our family but this turned into so much extra work and hassle than I ever would have guessed. After booking on Expedia I was later directed to another site that I needed to fill out info and then enter my card details again, and then prior to checking in I was directed to get another site that I needed to refer to for checking in. So while checking in I had to go back and forth between the two sites to figure things out. And then parking took over an hour to find two spots and was really confusing as well. Although there were 3 beds, there was only one small couch and chair in the living room so not enough room for the whole family to actually sit together, and then we were charged for having more than 2 guests. This house is also not great for senior citizens or infants with two flights of stairs (one being incredibly steep and having a broken guard rail) and the bedroom with the pack n play having no door to keep your infant from going down the stairs. That bedroom also had incredibly squeaky floors and beds so we had to try very hard to move quietly to not wake the baby. The air in that room also wasn’t on when we arrived so it was very hot. As far as customer service the responses were mostly prompt but all seemed AI generated or copy and paste generic responses, there was no real human. Overall for the price point and the added hassles I would not recommend this property at all.

The property was decorated so cute! The place was perfect for a weekend visiting our daughter at Ohio State. Great location in Short North and street parking was relatively easy.

This property was more than I could have ever expected! It looks like something out of HGTV. It’s absolutely gorgeous and so many tiny unique details. The beds are very comfortable, lots of towels in the gorgeous bathroom and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything for preparing meals. Unfortunately we were only staying for one night but I will absolutely be booking here again! Things to keep in mind tho, the top floor bedroom with 2 beds has VERY steep and narrow steps so if you have balance issues or small children I would suggest not having them sleep in that room. Also it would be very difficult to bring up or down a large suitcase but for the one night we stayed it wasn’t much of an issue. The parking is limited and even with the wonderful specific directions it was a little confusing at first and we did have to park on the next block over after returning later in the evening after a concert. It wouldn’t deter me tho, just make me keep in mind how much I pack and have to unload into the unit 😆all in all it was a perfect place!! 10 out of 10!!!
