The hotel smelled of marijuana and cigarette smoke. There were stains in the bed linens and bathroom sink top. Disappointed with the hotel. They appear to be renovating and that was not the issue

Reno is nice upgrade

Under going renovation hard to get into parking lot and lobby but I was in a newly renovated room and it was very nice new flooring , shower , sink , toilet , TV and cabinets. Nice for what we needed after an event

The room itself was great! Clean, roomy, quiet, and comfortable. They were redoing the parking lot, so parking was a bit of a challenge.

The hotel is located in a horrible area, it feels very unsafe. The lobby is under construction and very dirty. They asked us for the pet fee by cash only, it felt very sketchy. We decided to cancel and drive to Cincinnati.

The room service was awful. The food was greasy and tasted like frozen cardboard food. The breakfast didn’t have many options all that was food was waffles. They don’t deliver to your room like other hotels. The customer service sucked, they were not polite or helpful. The walls are thin as cardboard. The soaps were already used and put in our room when we arrived. The food is super expensive for the crappy quality and taste, got food poisoning from the fries. The hotel was dirty. The AC sucked. Half the plug in did not work

The property not in good area. Parking.lot all tore up pot holes hard to find office limited signage . Had to ask for wash cothes told me to find housekeeping but they had already been in but left one. So my husband had to walk clear across to front office. Ac wasnt cooling told me to unplug and plug back in. Didnt work then wouldnt answer phone Breakfast very limited and gross.

Pleasant stay

This is stopover hotel not a destination hotel. It does include breakfast and a fitness room. It is right off the interstate and a few restaurants within walking distance. There is no elevator but steps were manageable. The clerks were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and we found the bed to be quite comfortable. And the cost was within reason for a weekend stay. Personally I think it is a little far to be considered near the airport, but that is my opinion. I would for sure stay here again. Also, there is some entrance construction going at this time.

This place is a total mess. There are too many negatives to list. SAVE YOUR $$$$. Rooms are disgusting. Elevator broken. Filth everywhere. The photos cannot possibly be of this hotel. The entire front is torn up and there is garbage everywhere in and outside. Hotel Workers response has been, “ I just work here” as if that makes them unaccountable to provide assistance. Our experience with la Quinta hotels has generally been good. This was completely unacceptable !

On the upside.

The outside entrance area was under new construction and some remodeling is still occurring in some of the rooms. Our room was very nice with complete remodel to comfortable and clean modern look. Happy to see many hotels upgrading to laminated rather than carpeted flooring. Everthing was funtional and in great condition.

As of 06/19/2025, the property is under construction while still struggling to remain open. The entire front of the building is a construction zone, and there is no pool. There was lots of damage in our room from previous guests, the parking lot is full of pot holes. We checked in and dropped a couple of bags in our room before departing for dinner. Over dinner we decided that it was not worth staying and contacted Hotels.com to get a refund, which they accomplished. When we got back to the hotel, the room across the hall had flooded and there was water in the hallway. Best decision of the week to leave.

staff was not there when we arrived, there were at least three if not 4 ready for checking in, then I was given a room, clean, but the ac fan and unit didn't work, then was not warned that theyre under construction, half the lot can't be used, and the usual front entrance, there is another, but had to locate it. and wanted to cancel but rang the phone for over a half hour without being able to reach anyone, its not all their fault, it will be nice when the work is complete, and it is clean, staff was friendly and they also give breakfast and coffee. perhaps need a second person for busy times. and incase someone has to be away for a moment.
