Large Yard, Cabin in the Woods! - Columbus Retreat

Summary:
Escape the city in a cozy cabin. A grand fireplace, large open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings, and back porch perfect for gathering families. Newly renovated and fully-equipped kitchen with in-unit washer & dryer, short and long stays welcomed. With 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and accommodations for 9, this is sure to be a comfy stay! We are located less than 20 minutes from downtown and Fort Benning. Pets are welcome with a fee.

The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will find an open living space with vaulted ceilings. This room is furnished with two sofas, an armchair, and a SmartTV. An additional seating area with two chairs, and a futon is on the opposite side of the room.
The fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen and formal dining rooms are off the living room to the right.
To the left is a hallway that leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom, the second has a full bed, and the third has a full bed and twin-over twin bunkbed. Both full bathrooms have a shower/tub combination.
Enjoy beautiful views of the wooded ravine off the back porch. The backyard is fenced.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet residential neighborhood perfect for families traveling into the area. It is very quiet and safe, but also very close to several restaurants and shopping, as well as to the main thoroughfares that take you downtown Columbus and to Fort Benning.

Getting Around:
You will need a car or will need to call a cab/Uber, because this is a residential neighborhood with no public transportation.

Other Things to Note:
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We are always available if you need us, but you will have a door code so that you can come and go as you please to ensure you have the maximum flexibility and privacy.
