Getting Around:
Many activities are in walking distance but there is city transportation if needed. Columbus has ample street parking along with most venues having their own parking.

I was up here so my dog could get surgery at Ohio State. It's super close to campus/the vet hospital. It was clean and comfy. Loved it!

The apartment was very cute very clean and very efficient. It was easy to access to get my dogs outside I had a little area where I could take my dogs on a walk down the neighborhood. I like the apartment being on the first floor in my car right there. I absolutely would stay here again.

Came to Columbus for High School Wrestling Tournament

Great little apartment. Upstairs neighbor was very noisy, heard walking around, moving of furniture all night, voices this occurred both Friday and Saturday night. Parking was ok, close to apartment still felt unsafe, glass all over parking lot. Not enough towels, 2 small towels only one wash cloth and nothing for floor when getting out of shower. Would be nice to have a welcom not or something inside with directions for WiFi, working TV etc. no ice cube trays

Clean and Modern with minor glitches

Freshly remodeled with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom and kitchen. Lost a star out of a collection of minor glitches, such as being down to two forks in the kitchen. Nothing to ruin a stay, but in need of routine attention.

Great stay close to OSU.

Perfect location to visit our daughter at OSU and was very clean. A couple suggestions…fix the refrigerator door to open on other side, add a full length mirror, add to kitchen supplies (corkscrew is very cheaply made and hard to use). Would definitely recommend and return.

Suitable Only for OSU Students

The property is one of a block of apartments rented/leased to OSU graduate students. While the apartment itself is nicely appointed and well laid out, communications with the property manager and the location were unsatisfactory. Communications with the property manager I was asked for copies of my driver’s license and passport to be emailed after I rented on VRBO. I have been using VRBO for several years and have never been asked to do this before or since. I refused and eventually was told it was not necessary. I would never send sensitive identifying information over the internet. I understand that for long-term rentals (one year or more) this information is necessary to ascertain a tenants’ creditworthiness but this is not what I am looking for with VRBO. Information on where the property was located and how to get in was not sent until the morning we were due to arrive. This is in contrast to other VRBO properties which send me the information 2-3 days in advance. Location Individual footsteps of the occupant above the apartment were clearly audible. We had to ask the occupant above us to give us a break and stop moving furniture and banging with a hammer at 10pm Sunday night. The parking lot had broken glass on the pavement, so we were concerned for our rental car. The small grass strip in front of the apartment had dog poop in it. This location is only suitable for other OSU students who need a temporary place to stay.
