The night shift front desk clerk guy was much friendlier then the day shift lady, she was very rude when she called my room and also very rude and surly at checkout. The sink in bathroom was very slow draining.

Clean room, helpful staff, bigger room with full kitchen! Only con was no ice machine. The freezer does not make ice fast enough when we first arrived. However, the check in person was happy to provide ice for us when we asked.

This property was well maintained and clean. The staff at check in were wonderful. Great location to all shopping in Polaris and only 15 minutes from Easton. The rooms were excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

I arrive at 11:00pm to find out that the Air Conditioning is out for the entire hotel. Never got a call or email even though I am Lifetime Gold Elite and they have my contact details in my profile. Travelocity is ZERO HELP - it takes five phone calls before they agree to book me into another hotel for the second night of my stay. I wind up spending the night in an 83 degree room and Travelocity has the nerve to try and charge me for that night. I get up the next morning to find both elevators are broken. This hotel is poorly maintained and poorly managed. And I will never use Travelocity again due to their poor customer service. So tired of being transferred to a call center in India and hearing kids screaming in the background.

Wry accommodating for our stay while in the area - the breakfast options were plentiful and the common areas were clean and well maintained. The $10 parking fee added to our reservation was a surprise, however.
