I love everything about the suite. Everything was super clean. It felt like home away from home. I ended up wanting to stay another day and the process was super fast and easy! .. Will be booking again!

Hotel is older and worn. Not up to the usual Sonesta hotels I have stayed in the past. Wall and doors are very thin. Hotel was loud and because it has a small kitchen lots of people were cooking because the food smells in the hall were strong. This hotel also could easily been a nursing home in the past. Just kinda odd. I get the impression from the cars in lot that people are making this place their permanent home.

The room was older but nice and roomy. The only bad thing is the ceiling light was out. We only stayed one night so I didn't call the front desk. Very close to CMH. Everyone on staff was very friendly. We would stay here again.

Only one tv had all of the channels. My room did not look like the picture. There were no towels in my room. From 4 am to 6 am someone’s car alarm kept going off. The shower stall was rickety, the bed was lumpy and I suspect the linens were not cleaned. The armchair was broken and the office chair was stained. I never figured out why the freezer wouldn’t make ice and the locks on the door were falling off.

It’s not really an airport hotel. There’s no shuttle and it requires an awkward uber ride to Gahanna. Would be just as convenient to the airport if you stayed in downtown Columbus. Issues: 1) Odd chemical cleaning-product smell everywhere, 2) Visibly damaged refrigerator, 3) Visibly damaged lamp, 3) Used Kleenex pile in the bathroom, 4) All towels are floor towel sized or smaller… no normal sized shower towels, 5) Elevators and hallway smell like smoke. But on the bright side, they had juice makers to loan out? Haha

The air conditioner worked fine.The bed head broad was dirty and stained .The bathroom wall by the tub was messed up .The tv romote has no back cover.The lamp shade was cracked up.The chair in the room does not recline the handle is broken ,You must push it from the front floor panel.The coffee maker had old teabags or something the was dried hard in it.I had a room at this hotel in august of 2025.it was awesome that's why i came back.But this time the room was not so good.at all.I wad very sad about all these issues.
