The staff was outstanding. We stayed for 3 days for my nephew's graduation from basic training. Shay at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The location was great! So many dining and shopping areas right by the hotel. With such a busy neighborhood I was surprised at how quiet the rooms were at night. Don't hesitate to stay here!

First room only had a streaming player as TV option and wouldn't get regular channels, staff went and made sure another room had a TV that did and then moved me without hesitation. Great customer service!!

Everything was awesome. The staff was wonderful and pleasant at check in. Our room was clean. My only concern was the limited options at breakfast. Because they had limited options that were kid friendly (no whole milk, no kid appealing cereals, no waffles), we ended up going to the nearby Krispy Kreme for breakfast - which the kids absolutely loved.

Housekeeping needs to do a better job with changing bed sheets, and cleaning bathroom. Hold washcloth left on the shower rod and a stain in the bed.

The room was nice, very clean. Staff was welcoming and helpful. The air conditioner was so loud, my only complaint regarding the property was the a/c kicking on and off all night, woke us up every time! Comfy bed, nice tv, needed a couple of extra pillows. Overall great place to stay!

Reservations for family members were completely messed up. Two of our party had to go to the Fairfield, 10-15 minutes away. One was refused due to name confusion. Air conditioner super noisy and cycled poorly. Beds not made every day. Just a very disappointing experience. Won’t come here again.
