Electric outlets didn’t work near beds nor did the TV. Did as I was told and nothing worked in the room. Except for outlet near front door. Pull out couch had no sheets. Pull out bed was so uncomfortable I couldn’t even sleep. Waste of money. I complained to two staff members. No one has called back to fix the issue.

Room was okay. Very spacious and great for what we were there for but it wasnt that clean. The beds are not comfortable at all. Also, this is more like an apartment, not a hotel. There is no housekeeping and the room just gets messy and dirty. We asked for extra towels and they gave us one. The towels were thin and stained. Just not great. Hotel staff was extremely nice. Its not their fault and they're doing the best they can. The 2nd day we were there the lobby toilet over flowed and leaked continuously for days. The bottom floor was wet and smelled like sewer. To get in and out of the hotel, you had to walk thru it. Just would not repeat the stay.

Way more room than a typical hotel room. We were there for our son's Turning Green Ceremony. He wanted to "just chill" a lot. The extra space gave us room to watch TV, play cards, and hang out without awkwardly sitting on the beds like you have to do at most hotels. The full refrigerator was nice for leftovers and snacks. They responded quickly when we asked for more towels and toilet paper. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and many restaurants. I would recommend!

Room was great. Kitchen was great. A few more kitchen utensils would be nice. Also, a sponge and kitchen towel would be great. It was hard to clean well after cooking. Overall, a great place to stay.
