My room, the breakfast, and food store were great. It was a relaxing stay and the staff are very friendly. The shuttle service was nice too. I wish I had know there was a subway right around the corner that I could walk to but didn’t see it until I was headed back to the airport. I had searched the internet for a nearby place I could walk to for food but nothing close showed up.

When arrived to the property around 5 pm, my room was not ready. I did online check in and picked my room. They told me that I had to wait 1 more hour for it to be ready, if I did not wanted to wait, I could be assigned another room. Which I had no option since I was not willing to wait an extra hour for something they should have done 2 hours before my arrival as check in time usually is at 3pm and I got there at 5 pm.

My recent stay at the Tru by Hilton Columbus was absolutely lovely. From the moment I arrived, I felt at peace and genuinely welcomed. The atmosphere was calm and comforting, just what I needed. Please be aware during my stay, there were 3 car break ins that I witnessed. when I went to the front desk to have them call 911, I was asked if my car was broken into. I stated it wasn't my car and they said then don't worry about it, It happens all the time like it was no big deal. I was planning on staying there on my way home and that will not be happening. It is a risky situation to be in and they don't seem to care. Beware!!

Clean and quiet

Lobby~fun and hip. Staff~ friendly and welcoming. Free breakfast~decent options including hot/cold items. Coffee available in lobby day/night. Bathroom~ Clean and they have the best shampoo/conditioner, soap and lotion in their bathrooms! Bed~comfortable mattress and pillows. I would stay here again! Location~felt safe and I was not worried about my vehicle.
