The hotel staff made this trip super nice when itcstarted out suoer bad! Our car died 15min away on when I called to ask them to hold the room even though wed be late. I knew they were sold out due to a halsey concert next door, and worried someone else would get our room. They told me not to worry. After waiting 3 hrs for a tow and arrival at the hotel, they gave us info for a shuttle service to the show, since our car was gone and being handicapped, I couldn't walk the 3/4 mile to the venue. Ebony and the mgr were so nice, made sure we had what we needed, including a step stool for me to use since the beds in hotels lately are too high for me to get into easily. The breakfast was nice, standard hotel breakfast on the nicer side. Place was clean, didnt smell moldy or perfumey which is important to me due to asthma. I was worried it would be noisy after the concert goers gilled the place up, but I didnt hear any disturbances all night or in the morning. I tend to be very picky because of my variouses infirmaties, but i was very pleased. Biggest bonus was all four of the desk people we met. Not an unfriendly or un helpful person there!

Very cleanly hotel. The breakfast in the morning was good and well stocked. Stayed here for a concert and it was great being within walking distance. Definitely will stay here again!

Super close to Pine Knob concert venue, which was nice because I was able to just walk to the venue and not worry about driving. The hotel was also very clean and the staff were friendly.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They always had many options for breakfast. I loved the fact they always had ice cold lemon infused water in the lobby. The room was clean just had a few stains on the bed cover but were small and at the feet. So not to bad. The chair in the room could have used a nice good cleaning but other than that the room was itself was clean. Would I recommend absolutely.

I stay at a lot of different hotels and usually use Hilton , but this was close to my daughter so we tried it . In general everything was ok , but the room , in particular the bathroom was badly designed. We have gotten used to finding shampoo , conditioner, and shower soap in all hotels so we no longer pack those items . This place had no shower soap , all we had were small bar soaps that were on the sink. The lighting at the sink was awful , not bright enough to do makeup or see for a close shave. The toilet paper holder was on the wall behind the toilet and low on the wall. Very awkward. I certainly wouldn’t stay stay at this brand ever again
