The Glow property in Como is very centrally located - surrounded by many restaurants and shops, and just a short walking distance to the Duomo and also to the pier where one can buy the boat tickets and board the boats to visit many sites surrounding Lake Como. The Glow is a nice property. It is clean and the main floor of the apartment has a nice kitchen, living room area (with a large TV) and dining area. However, please know that this property has only one true bedroom. The other room that some could consider a bedroom has a sleeping section that is only suitable for agile kids, as it resembles the top part of a bunk bed, as one has to climb very steep steps and then crawl to the bed. This is definitely not for adults to use. Additionally, please know that one has to go up two (2) flights of stairs to get to the Glow apartment itself, and then, once inside the apartment, one needs to climb anther flight of stairs to get to the bedroom and to the main bathroom (the one with the shower). For those with mobility issues, please take this information into your consideration. To the owners of this property, PLEASE make sure to provide the manuals for using the washing machine, the kitchen oven and the TV. For Americans, the kitchen oven and washing machine are very different from what we have in the US, and it takes a lot of effort to figure out how to use them properly. Maybe this is not the case for Europeans - but for very well traveled Americans, they presented challenges.
