Excellent location. Friendly staff. When I checked in I was given a room without a view, I asked if that could be changed and was given a room with a lake view at no extra charge.

The location is right in front on the lake . Staff were very friendly and particularly helpful . Breakfast was good . Room was of a good standard

Beautiful hotel with helpful staff. Beds and pillows are rock hard. Don’t expect tea & coffee making facilities though.

Lake Como

Got last room available which was a twin and way over priced albeit this was with view of Lake Como. Huge bathroom of excellent quality. Hard beds which seems to be normal for Italy across all hotels.

Good location as long as you don't have a car

A bit like fawlty towers, kept getting given the wrong information! Didn't get told how to get to my room so ended up having to climb two flights of stairs.

Pros: Spectacular Location
Cons: Drunk next door ranting till 5am and nothing done about it!
Location: Spectacular
Facilities: Old Room - New Bathroom; Value: Pay for the location; Service: Very Old School; Cleanliness: Great Laundry Service; Really old Hotel run in that style, Breakfast in dinning room facing the lake a must. Rooms are older yet comfortable with nice new modern bathrooms.
