Great location for getting the ferry to Como and Cernobbio where there are some great restaurants. Hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was really good buffet style. We are at the restaurant is was not great . The Hotel and location was outstanding but substandard toiletries , they gave you little tubes which you would expect in a cheap hotel . We were always running out of shower gel as you only hit one wash with the tube. Everything else was fantastic . Hence the 4 stars would have given them 5
