Finca Colica Cómpeta by Ruralidays

Villa located in Competa, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This holiday home is the ideal place where to escape the routine and spend some well-deserved holidays.

Up to 16 people can stay here, thanks to the five wide bedrooms provided. Two of them have one double bed each, and one has one double bed and a single bed, as well as one ensuite with shower. A fourth bedroom relies on three single beds, in addition to being provided with another en-suite with shower. One more bedroom is located on the first floor of the villa, featuring one 180-cm double bed and four single beds. A bathroom with a shower completes the facilities of the first floor. This villa also welcomes one more bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.

The dining-living room is extremely comfortable thanks to the huge sofa and the heater, which will warm you up during winter time. You will also find air-con in the living room so that summer will be fun, too. The galley corner is completely equipped with a modern style, so much that cooking delicious meals will be another pleasurable moment of your holidays.

The outdoor area welcomes a huge covered porch, with an outdoor dining area where to enjoy the delicious specialities cooked by you. The most noteworthy feature of the outdoor area is the huge private pool, from which you can revel in the spectacular views over the mountains of the Axarquía and the Mediterranean Sea. The private pool is surrounded by a lounge area, deckchairs and a barbecue area, for you to enjoy complete privacy and relaxation. An outdoor toilet is also available.

The access to the house is a 500-mt-long unpaved lane.

Mir gefielen die Vielfalt der Bereiche zum Kochen und Essen sowie die verfügbaren Spiele. Die Besitzer waren fantastisch und sorgten dafür, dass wir uns entspannt und in guten Händen fühlten.

Wir waren etwas enttäuscht, weil so einiges in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der Pool war nicht sauber, Herd und Küchenarbeitsplatte stark abgenutzt, Geländer lose, nur ein Sonnenschirm und einige andere Kleinigkeiten, wie Duschaufhängung gebrochen, Haken lose, Gazefenster undicht... Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und hat unsere Liste sofort, bzw. an den nächsten Tagen abgearbeitet und was fehlte sofort ersetzt. Es darf aber nicht die Aufgabe des Gastes sein, die Mängel erst aufzuzeigen. Es ist auch nicht schön, wenn dann die Handwerker am werkeln sind, während man am Pool entspannen möchte. Nun haben wir dafür gesorgt, dass die folgenden Urlauber es besser haben. Bei einem Objekt in dieser Preisklasse sollte es erst gar nicht soweit kommen.

Sehr freundlicher hilfsbereiter Besitzer, der bei Bedarf schnell vor Ort ist. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist nur über schmale Bergstraßen möglich.

Wir hatten etwas Pech, dass der Pool nach den letzten Mietern dreckig war, wurde aber schnell behoben. Das Haus funktioniert sehr gut, wenn viele Menschen zusammen reisen und Sie im und um das Haus sehr privat und ungestört sind. Es könnten durchaus mehr Trinkgläser und Weingläser und generell mehr Ausstattung in der Küche sein. Die Messer waren sehr sehr stumpf und eine kleine Herausforderung beim Kochen. Ein bisschen weit zu einem größeren Supermarkt beim Einkaufen für viele Leute. Der Weg zum Haus führt über kurvige Bergstraßen, aber ok und nicht das Schlimmste, was wir erlebt haben. Ein schöner Urlaub, in dem wir viel entspannen und baden konnten

Das Haus ist perfekt für eine große Gruppe, es passt sich Fotos an und ist sehr komfortabel. Die Umgebung des Hauses, die eine spektakuläre Aussicht bietet, etwas abseits eines städtischen Kerns, muss täglich zum Frühstück oder Abendessen eingekauft werden. Die Beziehung zu José ist sehr eng und freundlich, er ist immer bereit für alle Anfragen oder Probleme, die auftreten können. Der Hof ist ein zu empfehlender Ort, an dem wir gerne wiederholen möchten.

La casa es perfecta para un grupo grande, se adapta a las fotos y es muy cómoda. El entorno de la casa que da unas vistas espectaculares, algo retirada de un núcleo urbano hay que preveer las compras para diario de desayunos o cenas. El trato con José es muy cercano y amable, siempre está dispuesto para cualquier petición o problema que pueda surgir. La finca es un lugar para recomendar y donde nos gustaría repetir.
