Finca "El Cerrillo Competa" with Sea View, Pool & Wi-Fi

Nestled within Mediterranean greenery and offering a beautiful view of the sea, the villa is located within walking distance of the town of Cómpeta. This two-storey villa combines modern amenities with traditional Spanish charm and consists of two living rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one in an annex), and three bathrooms, accommodating up to four people.



Please note that the house may not be ideal for small children due to the presence of stairs.



Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, and a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.



The villa features a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. The garden is adorned with palm trees, cacti, nerias, and other colorful plants, as well as olive, lemon, and orange trees, all accessible to guests.



This beautiful house is within walking distance of the charming white town of Cómpeta. Along the 2-3 km route, you will enjoy impressive views of mountains, gorges, almond plantations, and vineyards.



Free parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed upon request. The pool is not heated and is typically closed from November until April. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place during your visit, which could affect the use of the pool, garden watering, or limit tap water usage.
