About this property

Raphael House, Terrace with Sun Deck and Ocean View

Casa Raffaele is located in the centre of Conca dei Marini, in a picturesque, idyllic setting; to reach it, you’ll need to climb about 130 steps. From its terrace, you can admire the magnificent Capo di Conca, the extraordinary Gulf of Salerno, the beautiful islands of Capri and the Galli, and finally the expansive Mediterranean scrub. The terrace overlooking the sea is the ideal place to indulge in long moments of relaxation while enjoying the panoramic view mozzafiato.La s property is strategically located; in fact, you can walk to various local businesses: bars, restaurants, a butcher shop, a tobacco shop, and a convenient supermarket that offers home delivery of groceries upon request. Lido Capo di Conca (private beach) and Marina di Conca are just a 5-minute drive away. There are two bus stops: the first is at Piazza Olmo, just a 5- to 8-minute walk away, while the second, better-served stop is about a 15-minute walk away and is near the Convento Santa Rosa. As for nearby natural attractions, we recommend the Grotta dello Smeraldo, one of the most beautiful sea caves in Italy. A 15-minute drive will take you to the beautiful towns of Amalfi, Furore, and Praiano, and a half-hour drive will bring you to Positano and Ravello. The property does not have parking; for 20 euros per day, guests can receive a card at check-in that allows them to park along the street in the blue-line zones. We recommend renting a small car so you can explore the stunning Amalfi Coast more freely.

Pasquale was an excellent host, very easy to communicate with and even helped us move-in. The property was exactly as described. Very clean, spacious for our family of 5 and plenty of hot water! Excellent views in a quiet area of the Amalfi coast. The reserved parking was easy to coordinate and very convenient as well.Overall, would highly recommend if you're looking to get away from the busyness of Positano or Amalfi.

Stunning views and great location!

We stayed at the property and it was amazing! Great views of Amalfi! Pasquale communicated very well with us and met us when we arrived, helped carry our luggage and welcomed us! Location is great to go to Amalfi, capri and Positano. The restaurant just down from the apartment is also amazing!!!

Casa Raffaele is in an amazing location away from the hustle of the towns of Amalfi and Positano. There are several fantastic restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. You do not need a car as there are many options for transportation. (I wouldn’t recommend driving either. ) Pasquale was most welcoming and supplied us with all of the information we needed. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a breath taking view. Be prepared to climb A LOT steps which is very typical for the Amalfi Coast. For instance, you can walk down to the beach in about 20 minutes but it’s 770 steps back up to the apartment. However, I would go back in a heartbeat. There is so much to do! I wish we could have stayed longer. Conca dei Marini is a very special place.

Wonderful relaxing villa

Even though the villa is a bit farther out from the main city, it’s view of the sea made it worth it. Pasquale was available if we needed any help and even helped us get to the villa on our first day about where to get off the bus. The lemons he gave us were simply delicious as well

Amazing View and Wonderful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this fantastic home. The view was amazing and we enjoyed relaxing on the large private terrace. Yes there are two staircases to get up to the house but this is the Amalfi Coast everything is on a hillside. The location is convenient to a grocery store and several great restaurants. The parking lot was very convenient. The house is well equipped and very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were sad to leave.

Beautiful views

Beautiful property - excellent views of the sea. The property has all one needs to enjoy their stay at the Amalfi Coast. The property is bit further away from Positano and Amalfi than we thought - and bus access can be limited on wknds - but it’s a lovely place with ACs in the bedrooms. The WiFi was limited, but we worked around that issue. The market and the restaurant near the property were excellent!

Great Unit!

This unit was perfect for our group of 6 ladies! There was a bed for everyone and the two bathrooms were very welcome ;) Great view from the amazing balcony. Beware, there are a lot of steps to get the amazing view, but Pasquale is wonderful and so great to help carry the luggage! I would absolutely stay here again.

Pasquale and Raphael were wonderful hosts! They were very helpful with guidance and information. The views are spectacular and the apartment is clean and comfortable and includes everything you will need for your stay. Easy to get to Amalfi via bus and from there to take the ferry to other towns along the coast. Grazie Mille!

We had a lovely stay in this home in Conca Dei Marini. The host Pasquale was very pleasant to deal with and responsive with any questions we had. The home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent with some great restaurants close by. We would highly recommend staying here... the views are spectacular as well. The welcome bottle of Prosseco was very much appreciated. Spacious, clean, AMAZING view, right next to a great supermarket and an incredible restaurant. Highly recommend Pasquale and this property!!!! Pasquale helped us with our luggage when we arrived and during check-in he thoroughly explained the bus schedule, how to get to the nearest beach, and set us up with umbrellas and chairs at the beach as well as arranged a sunset tour on a private boat with Captain Felipo for us. When I booked the apartment and asked for advice, Pasquale pointed me to a private driver named Gianni who was absolutely wonderful. This property and Pasquale and his connections made our stay on the Amalfi Coast PERFECT!!!!! Highly recommend!

We were greeted warmly by Pasquale. He was very thoughtful and explained to us how everything works and how to commute from one neighborhood to the other. He welcomed us with a bottle of champagne!! The house is very nice with amazing views!! We didn’t want to leave. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We will definitely stay with Pasquale again and we highly recommend his home. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great place in Conca dei Marini!

Great flat with beautiful views of the sea. Worked great for my family of four (2 adult children). Plenty of space and two bathrooms. Pasquale is an excellent host and the flat was very clean. There are a few stairs to climb, but there are stairs everywhere on the Amalfi coast. There is a small market on the street next to the stairs to the flat and two restaurants and two cafes within a few minutes walk. We had a rental car and found easy street parking near the flat. Parking pass was 5 euros/day. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved this property! Pasquale was an awesome host. He met us in person and gave us lots of important info about the town, dining options, transportation, etc. The view was fabulous!! The apartment had just about anything you could need. The only negative (and it’s a small one) is that there’s only one shower. Even though there are 2 bathrooms, the other one has a large spa bathtub only. However, that wouldn’t deter me from staying at this awesome property again. We loved it!

Beautiful view and beautiful home

We had a wonderful time at Casa Raffaele. The host Pasquale was an excellent communicator and super helpful. The location was great because we were right between Amalfi and Positano so it was easy to get around. Conca is a beautiful town as well. Lots to see. There’s a supermarket and a wonderful dinner restaurant right beside the unit. The home is spacious and clean and having two bathrooms was helpful. The one thing to note is that you will need to climb stairs to get up to the unit so be prepared. The view is worth it as is the unit if you have a family travelling with you. Thanks Pasquale for everything!
