Be prepared to rent sheets and towels and make your own beds, bring paper towels and toilet paper. these are not listed on the VRBO site, only in the confirmation email do you see this , in the fine print. We showed up and had a very friendly smooth check in but still had no sheets and towels even after renting the week prior to our arrival. contacted the host and they brought them very promptly, but still had stains on the fresh linens. For a new build it was in great condition , just had some minor repair issues. Master shower door handle was loose along with one upstairs. Hot water issues with showers , sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't. The morning we left the master shower never got hot at all. On our arrival the hot tub was the temp of the pool at 78 degrees and had to call the host which sent maintenance guy to correct, but really should have been ready for use when we got there. The place had beautiful views and was very nice and well put together with comfortable furniture and bedroom furniture. We were just very let down that with just a little more prep time these things could have been avoided. We have never had to rent or pay extra for linens and bath towels and if you skim over the email you might miss that detail and show up with nothing. I think it's just an expectation esp at this price line or really any price line of a VRBO. Needs spa controls easy for renters so renters don't mess up 4k of pool equipment.
