Please Note:

Accessibility: There are four steps up to the front door. The entire home is on one floor, so both bedrooms, the full bathroom, living room and kitchen are all on the same level with no stairs inside. From the back deck it is ten steps down to the backyard.

To help ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a fully refundable damage-deposit hold of $250 may be placed on your card shortly after arrival. This is only a pre-authorization (not a charge), and it’s automatically released within 5 business days of checkout, as long as everything is left in good shape, which is almost always the case. In the rare situation where something is damaged, only the actual cost of the damage would be deducted from the hold, and nothing more.

For cancellations, please be aware that once a cancellation request has been made, a 4% processing fee incurred during the booking of your stay will be deducted from the refund issued.
