The hotel was very loud on Saturday night and the noise kept up until well after 11 PM. It was very disturbing having people running on the floors screaming and making noise. Sunday was a much better stay. The only thing I don’t understand is they make you sign a contract when you check in that there no parties allowed and quiet hours from 10pm to 8am or you will be kicked out of the hotel after the first warning, and that definitely was violated while we were there. I was communicating with the hotel via text and they told me sheriffs were on site, which I saw one security guard going up and down the elevator trying to control things, but it wasn’t close to what was needed to control the situation. For the amount of money that you pay to stay there, you would expect something better than this and I’ve stated embassy suites before and this was the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience.

es mi tercera ves estando en este Hotel y las dos ultimas veces ,no ah sido del todo bien ,resulta que la alberca estaba llena de ninos que no pudimos usarla y muy sucia las areas de loby y en fin de semana no tienen quien limpie y los elevadores con comida . de verdad me gusta este Hotel pero creo que lo estan descuidando mucho. Lady in the dining area was super rude. Didn't catch her name but she definitely shouldn't be in customer service with that horrible attitude. Reason to ruin someone's morning, but I didn't let it ruin mine because my omelette made by David was absolutely delicious and he was also very nice too! The rest of our stay was great. Only other complaint (other than rude breakfast lady) was the price of the snacks in the lobby. Omg 😳 those prices are super uncalled for. Overall beautiful place to stay with your family.

First room had an issue with the toilet leaking. Staff moved us right away. The elevators took forever. Every time we left or came to our room. The pool was not working the entire time we were there. Lights were not connected to the switches on the wall so we had to stumble through a dark room to find the switches on the lamps. Breakfast buffet was great. Lot of selection room was comfortable. Staff was very nice. Parking was terrible second night I couldn’t find the space within our hotel so I had to pay for outside parking. They were nice and offered to refund my parking fee since I had to pay for outside parking location was right next to the bart, which was nice.

Kids running around, broken pool for a week and i was not updated, shower door would not shut and shower head on a wall that you could not turn on with water hitting you when turned on, front desk not helpful and lazy, $34 over night parking was a joke, bath towels like sand paper,heater clicked on with a banging nose every 8 minutes, unknown person trying to enter my room at 3:15AM and came back at 5:55 very aggressively trying to open my door, I shouted WRONG ROOM and told them I had mace No GM or manager on duty Monday morning until 12:30pm…this size hotel with no manager???? Even motels have a supervisor on duty at checkout ….Would not recommend

Liked the free breakfast, but the narrow hours of the happy hour made it difficult to utilize this feature. Also there were long lines for drinks and food was almost all gone by the time we got there at 6pm. Room was fine but not 4 star quality. Also was disappointed by the pool being closed and no hot tub. Most of all though parking in that parking garage was a nightmare. There were not enough spots to accolade the number of guests, and the only remaining spots available were extremely small. It was also confusing trying to navigate down there and I accidentally ended up going the wrong way multiple times, having to do awkward 15 point turns as oncoming cars waited for me. Not worth staying here for all that parking stress, especially when you’re charged over $30 per day!
