Decided to spend my sons bday here for the weekend with family. Toilet was clogged in my room for most of the first day of my arrival. After the maintenance man came to check it out several times, it happened again at 5am the following morning. Packed all my belongings and changed rooms at 5am. After the room change, i get to another room and the fold out bed was nailed shut. Offered another room but i was too tired to move again. . Mind y

This facility lacked upkeep. Our room had mulitple things wrong ... refrigerator made noise all night keeping me awake, shower leaked all night making noise again keeping me up all night. Pillows are too flat no support at all. Very disappointed in our stay and wish we could get our $$ back . This was terrible stay and we've stayed at many Embassy Suites.

The breakfast is exceptional. Always fresh and lots of variety. One drawback so beware: They DO NOT offer free parking!! My biggest problem staying there. No matter if you find a good room rate, add a minimum of $35 per night to park there. NO HANDICAP OPTIONS; NO PARKING VALIDATIONS

Only 2 people working the desk at check-in. Seemed understaffed to me. To me this seemed understaffed for a massive hotel. Also, there was no restaurant in the hotel for any dinner needs. For a massive hotel, I found this strange. Parking fees ($34) were not obvious to me when booking this room. And, parking was in a parking garage that seemed like a maze to get in and out of. Cocktail hour you only get 2 drinks via a ticket and the line was long with only 1 bartender. Again, for a huge hotel with many rooms, I find this understaffed for a Friday night booking. I will say breakfast was good, so that's why I give it a slight bump in my rating.

The room was fine. Pillows were not comfortable. But real problem comes from the exorbitant price of the parking. #1 this is not valet parking. #2 You nee to self park and get your own baggage to the room. Never saw any valet. #3. $34 for self park is just not right. You are definitely taking advantage of your customers and we know it. I know you all starved to death during Covid and now you are trying to play catch up.. everyone is playing that game. It would be nice if were reasonable!! I will be trying other hotels in the area!! (not Marriott, they don't even give you a decent room)

No the original room had not been cleaned needed to relocate, the free drinks were only beer and wine cause no bartender and $34 per day for parking with 249 rooms and 180 parking spaces created a challenge but public parking next door at an extra charge didn’t make us happy 👎

Glad they finally replaced the bar stools. Bummed that there is no longer valet parking. There was no laundry services on the weekend. Your bar servers really hustled during the happy hour.

Our room was really nice, corner and spacious, However, when turning on the heater, it was loud and we can also hear the Bart running in the bedroom. We did not get good sleep.
