We thought the place was clean, other than trash overflowing from every receptacle. What we did not like was being charged for parking; we were not told about the parking rate when we checked it. So it was a surprise to us when we had to pay $10 the next day in Concord, CA. My only concern was that there was homeless people and hoodlums near the entrance of the hotel. I felt a little unsafe as I was exiting my car and entering the hotel.

Expedia was awful. No way to contact them, no way to get help. They broke a promise and failed to reserve one night I booked back in February. I was still able to get a room, outside of Expedia but a 2 night stay arranged with the night manager was complicated by the day manager who wanted us to check out and then recheck in. Horrible experience with Expedia failing to reserve the first night led to this. Otherwise, stay was okay. I am done with Expedia.
