Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Déplorable

Nous avons du être relogé dans un autre logement, celui initialement prévu était insalubre, le ménage n'avait pas été fait, les draps n'avaient pas été changé, la cuisine tombe en morceau, il y a de la moisissure sur les murs.... Nous remercions Abritel qui ne fait rien pour solutionner notre problème, soit disant ce n'est pas de leur ressort. Pourtant pour prendre une commission il sont bien présent.
