This wonderful townhouse located in the Urbanización Atalaya in Conil de la Frontera less than 500 meters from the beach is ideal for 3+2 guests. If you feel like exploring the south of Spain and enjoy the gastronomy of the area, this house is ideal for you. The property has two furnished terraces so that you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with your companions or to extend the evenings. There is also a large communal garden where you can go for a walk. Please note that, although the house is independent, there are neighbors nearby.
The interior of the property is arranged over two floors and has been designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. On the ground floor, there is a spacious and bright living-dining room with air conditioning and a Smart TV, together with a fully equipped induction kitchen featuring all the utensils needed to prepare your favourite dishes. This floor also includes a washing machine and a guest toilet. The first floor has three bedrooms: the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds, and the third with one single bed. Herrliche Lage des Hauses mit einem schönen, ruhigen und sehr gepflegten Gemeinschaftspark, nur wenige Meter durch den Atalaya-Park an die Steilküste und an den Strand oder in die schöne Altstadt von Conil, das Mobiliar im Wohnzimmer könnte allerdings mal modernisiert werden. Direkt gegenüber liegt eine Pizzeria, das hat seine Vor- und Nschteile

Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen könnten bei Gelegenheit mal erneuert werden. Sonst alles fein, gute Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter
