Beautiful Mallorca-style house with 4 bedrooms and private pool for 7-8 persons, with WiFi Internet. very well equipped and spacious, with large livingroom, complete kitchen and two bathrooms (one inside and the other one outside – next to the pool).
Central heating in winter.
Covered porche with table and chairs, sunloungers and stone-built barbecue in the garden.
Quiet surroundings, with fields and meadows and other properties around.
Its only 200m to the next (Italian) restaurant and some 10-15min walk to the nearest beach „Cala del Aceite“

nice holidays

we had realy good times in the house, 20 min walk to be at the see, 5min by car. the swimming pool is nice and the house too! good place to be with friends, with a car!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Casa Palmera . Das Haus ist wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Besitzerin Betina war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, bei Problemen immer erreichbar.

Casa Palmera en Septiembre

Han sido unos días muy agradables, a pesar del viento de Levante que padecemos varias jornadas. La casa disponía de todo lo necesario y era acogedora. El propietario muy amable y servicial. Sin duda, unas vacaciones para repetir.

Me la esperaba mejor.

La zona merece la pena, pero la casa necesita arreglos, especialmente la fontanería de los baños. Hay mal olor, a cañerías, porque son viejas. En el baño principal, único que está en el interior de la vivienda, la ducha es mejorable. Tiene un tablón de madera en el suelo y cortina de plástico antigua, además del mal olor. El grifo del fregadero de la cocina está muy viejo, sartenes y tostadora también. El jardín no está cerrado, se comparte con otras dos casas, aunque hay intimidad. Mala relación calidad-precio. Bettina es muy amable.
